I) The Question That Quietly Changes How You See Yourself
Hello everyone,
A Simple Beginning That Turned Into a Deep Realisation
Today, I want to share an incident from my life that quietly changed my entire perspective :-
on existence and led me to question whether we truly understand what it means to be divine beings.
It didn’t happen in a dramatic way, but in a way that slowly unfolded within me where things that once felt
• complicated,
• layered,
• and difficult to understand began to soften and make sense.
When Truth Feels Familiar Instead of New
• It felt as if a deeper truth had always been present , just waiting to be seen.
• And somewhere within this shift, I began to realize something that
didn’t feel like an external belief, but like an inner knowing.
• Are we divine beings, not in a distant or abstract way, but as a living truth that already exists within us?
• This realization did not come from something I was taught or forced to believe.
A Question That Feels Personal, Not Philosophical
• It came as a feeling that slowly became undeniable that even when life appears confusing or overwhelming,
• there is something deeper within us that remains untouched.
• And when this understanding begins to settle within, many of the questions that once felt heavy start to soften because somewhere deep inside,
• we are all divine beings, already connected to the answers we keep searching for outside.
The Question That Creates Inner Conflict
There was a time when I found myself questioning something that perhaps many of us feel but don’t always express.
• If we are truly divine beings, then why does the world reflect so much pain?
• Why do we see cruelty not just between humans, but towards:-
animals, nature and even inside ourselves?• Why does something so pure seem hidden beneath layers of confusion and suffering?
This question was not just intellectual.
It carried a quiet discomfort, almost like something wasn’t aligning.
When Reality Doesn’t Match What We Feel Should Be True
It made me wonder
• Have we forgotten that we are divine beings?
• Or were we never taught to see it clearly in the first place?
• And in that moment, a deeper realization began to take shape:-
If we are all divine beings, then the problem cannot be our true nature, it must be our distance from it.
I didn’t immediately go searching for answers. Like most of us,
• I continued with life,
• thinking,
• observing,
• and sometimes just letting things be.
But something within me remained curious.
Curiosity That Doesn’t Let You Settle
• And strangely, life has its own way of responding to genuine curiosity.
It almost felt as if the moment the question became real within me,
answers slowly started finding their way towards me
• not all at once,
• but in small,
• meaningful moments.
Truth Doesn’t Hide, It Waits for Readiness
• Perhaps this is because, at our core, we are all divine beings and that same intelligence is always guiding us back towards understanding.
• Even in ordinary moments,
• when we think nothing is happening,
• something deeper is unfolding within us.
And maybe that is the beauty of it
The answers we search for are not truly outside
They are simply waiting for us to become ready to see them.
When Knowledge Turns Into Realisation
One such moment came on a very normal day.
• I was reading about the Big Bang Theory, something we have all studied in our childhood.
• But that day, it felt different.
• For the first time, I didn’t just read it as information instead I felt it as a question.
The Question That Breaks Logic Open
Before creation, everything was described as:-
• dense,
• silent,
• almost like nothingness.
And suddenly, something shifted and the universe began expanding, continuing till now.
And this thought struck me deeply
How can something emerge from what appears to be nothing?
How can such vastness originate from stillness?
This was no longer just science.
It became a doorway into something much deeper.
When Science Becomes a Doorway to Something Deeper
And somewhere in that reflection, a realisation quietly began to form
If the entire universe emerged from one single source then how can we be separate from it?
Maybe the expansion of the universe is not just a physical process, but also a reflection of something deeper,
that life itself is an unfolding expression of that same source.
And if that is true, then perhaps
We are not just living in this universe, we are a part of it.
And maybe, in the deepest sense, we are all divine beings.
II) If We Are Divine, Why Does Life Still Feel So Broken?
• what it truly means to be divine beings not something distant or superior,
• but something deeply natural and already present within us.
But even after understanding this, a question can still remain within us
Is this just a beautiful way of thinking or is there something real that actually proves it?
The Need for Truth Beyond Belief
Because somewhere, we don’t just want to feel this truth
we want to
• see it,
• understand it,
• and connect it with reality.
And this is where something truly fascinating begins to unfold.
Where Science Stops Being Theory and Becomes Fact
If we look again at what science tells us through the Big Bang Theory, it clearly says that everything in this universe,
• every atom,
• every particle,
• every form of life originated from one single point of energy.
• This is not philosophy.
• This is not belief.
• This is a scientifically accepted understanding of creation.
Now think about this deeply
• The same particles that formed stars
• the same energy that expanded into galaxies
• is also what forms you.
• Not symbolically.
• Not metaphorically.
• But physically and fundamentally.
So when we say that we are not separate from the universe
• it is not just a spiritual statement
• it is also a scientific reality.
Spiritual Truth Reflected Through Scientific Understanding
And this is where the gap between feeling and fact begins to dissolve.
Because what spirituality expresses as
“we are all divine beings”Science reflects as
“we are all made from the same origin”
And maybe, the truth was never divided
We were the ones who saw it in parts.
III) Science and Spirituality Are Saying the Same Thing (You Just Didn’t Notice)
Till now, we have understood something very important
• Science shows us that everything in this universe has emerged from one single origin.
• Every atom, every particle, every form of existence is connected at a fundamental level.
But even after understanding this, a deeper question still remains.
What is the nature of that origin?
The Question Science Alone Cannot Answer
• Is it just energy?
• Is it just a physical process?
• Or is there something more to it?
Because if we are all truly divine beings, then the source we come from cannot be ordinary.
This is where spirituality, especially the wisdom of the Upanishads, takes us a step deeper.
• It does not just talk about how creation happened
• It talks about what that source actually is.
In simple terms, it describes the origin of everything as Brahman:-
• Not as a person.
• Not as a form.
But as:-
Understanding Brahman Beyond Form
• Infinite
• Conscious
• Intelligent
• Present everywhere
• A well-known mahavakya from the Upanishads says:
“Sarvam Khalvidam Brahma”
(All this is Brahman :- everything that exists is that one reality)
Now pause here and connect this with what science told us earlier
Science says: Everything comes from one source
Spirituality says: That one source is not just energy, it is conscious existence
Why You Are Not Separate From the Source
And this is where the missing piece finally completes itself.
Because now the understanding becomes deeper
• If the source of everything is conscious
And we come from that same source• Then how can we be lifeless, separate, or ordinary?
• We are not just made from the universe
• We are made of that same conscious existence.
This is why the statement
• “We are all divine beings”
• is not just a belief or a motivational idea.
• It becomes a logical, spiritual, and experiential truth.
Because “divine” does not simply mean something religious or distant.
It means:
• That which comes from the highest source
• That which carries the same essence as the origin
• That which is not separate from the whole
Not Separate From the Universe, But an Expression of It
And if the origin itself is
• intelligent,
• conscious,
• and infinite
Then somewhere, in our deepest nature, we carry that
• same intelligence,
• that same consciousness,
• that same essence.
• Maybe the reason we struggle to accept this is not because it is false
• But because we have never been taught to look at ourselves in this way.
And this is where both science and spirituality, instead of contradicting each other, begin to align:-
• One shows us the beginning
• The other reveals the truth behind that beginning
And when both are seen together
• The idea that we are all divine beings
• is no longer something we are asked to believe
• It becomes something we begin to understand.
IV) How to Reconnect and Apply This Truth in Your Life as Divine Beings
(Simple but Powerful Steps)
Now this is where everything becomes real.
• Not just understanding
• but living it as a daily experience.
If you often feel
• overwhelmed,
• distracted,
• or emotionally dependent on others,
these practices will help you slowly return to your inner stability.
Because knowing that we are divine beings is one thing
And experiencing it within ourselves is another.
And this shift doesn’t require something complicated.
It begins with small, conscious steps, practiced consistently.
1. Start Observing Yourself Daily
Begin by simply observing.
Notice your thoughts, your emotions, your reactions throughout the day.
• Not to control them.
• Not to judge yourself.
Just to see.
Because when you start observing, you realize that your thoughts are not you.
• Your emotions are not you.
• They are things you are experiencing.
This creates a small distance between you and everything happening within you.
And in that distance, you begin to come back to yourself, not as the confusion, but as the one who is aware of it.
Even 5 minutes of honest observation daily can slowly reconnect you with your true nature.
2. Pause Before Reacting
Whenever something triggers you, whether it is
• anger,
• fear,
• or frustration,
take a few seconds and pause.
• That pause may seem small, but it changes something important.
• Instead of reacting automatically, you become aware of what is happening inside you.
• And when you are aware, you are no longer completely controlled by the moment.
• This is how you slowly move from unconscious reactions to conscious presence, which is closer to our true nature.
3. Gently Remind Yourself of the Truth
In moments where everything feels heavy or unclear, remind yourself quietly:
• “I am not lost. I am just temporarily unaware.”
This is not about forcing a belief.
• It is about remembering something that is already true but has been covered by thoughts and distractions.
• When you repeat this with understanding, you stop identifying with the confusion and start returning to a deeper sense of divine stability within yourself.
4. Reduce External Noise
Most of the time, disconnection does not happen because something is missing within you.
It happens because your attention is constantly pulled outside.
• Endless scrolling,
• information,
• comparison,
• and noise
make it difficult to stay connected with yourself.
• When you reduce what is unnecessary, even slightly, you create space.
• And in that space, your awareness naturally becomes clearer.
• It becomes easier to feel what is real within you, instead of getting lost in everything outside.
5. Start Journaling Your Inner Reality
• Instead of keeping everything inside your mind,
start writing it down.
• You can begin with a simple notebook,
or you can even purchase a dedicated journaling book that guides you with structure and prompts.
• Sometimes having a proper journal makes it easier to stay consistent
and go deeper into your thoughts.
You can begin with three simple things:
• What am I feeling right now?
• What do I want to understand or change within myself?
• What no longer feels true to me?
When you write honestly, you begin to notice patterns.
You start seeing the difference between what you truly feel and what you have been conditioned to believe.
This process brings clarity, and that clarity brings you closer to your own truth, not the version shaped by outside influences.
Clarity is not something you find, it is something that appears when confusion is released.
V) A Deeper Reflection: Are You Really Lost or Just Temporarily Unaware?
Now pause for a moment and reflect within yourself
What if
• The peace you are searching for
• is not something you need to create
but something you need to remember?
• What if the feeling of being lost
• is not your reality
but just a temporary experience created by disconnection?
And what if
beneath all the noise, all the thoughts, all the confusion
• you are already complete?
• Already connected?
• Already what you have been searching for?
The Illusion of Something Missing
Maybe nothing is missing.
Maybe nothing was ever missing.
This is why, even after
• reading spiritual content
• or gaining knowledge,
many people still feel stuck because understanding alone is not enough without awareness in daily life.
• Because the journey was never about becoming something new
• but about returning to what you have always been
• a divine being, already whole, already enough.
Because sometimes the truth is not something you learn, it is something you remember.
Conclusion: You Were Never Truly Lost ,You Were Always a Divine Being
At the end of everything, one truth begins to feel quietly clear
You were never truly disconnected.
You only moved away from your own awareness for a while.
And somewhere in the noise of life, in the rush of thoughts, in the pull of the outside world
you simply forgot what was always within you.
But the moment you begin to return
even slightly
Something starts to shift.
Life doesn’t suddenly become perfect
but it begins to feel different.
• Softer.
• Clearer.
• More connected.
Because at your core
• you were never incomplete
• you were never separate
• you were never anything less than what you truly are
And maybe that is the most beautiful part of this journey
Not that we have to become something new
but that we slowly remember what we have always been.
• Because the truth was never far away.
• It was never missing, only unnoticed.
• It was just waiting for you to look within.
“A Note From Me”
This piece is not just written from information but from
• my own journey of questioning,
• observing,
• and connecting the dots between science and ancient wisdom.
• Everything shared here comes from a space of curiosity that slowly turned into understanding
not something I was told to believe, but something I began to experience within.
• And maybe, if something here resonates with you
• it is because somewhere, you already knew it too.
• If you want to explore this understanding more deeply, even ancient texts like the
• Bhagavad Gita and
• the Bhagavata Purana
explain this truth very clearly in their own way.
• In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna says, “I am the source of all creation, and everything emanates from Me” (Chapter 10, Verse 8), which reflects that all of existence is connected to one origin.
• Similarly, the Bhagavata Puranam expresses the idea that the entire universe is an expansion of the Divine, reminding us that we are not separate, but a part of that same whole.
When you read these texts with awareness, they don’t just feel like teachings, they start feeling like something you are slowly remembering within yourself.
